If you are looking for a job, some outdoor job fairs are heading your way soon.

Great Lakes Bay Michigan Works will be hosting several job fairs next week in several different cities including Midland, Saginaw, Bay City, Alma, and Mt. Pleasant. In order to provide enough room for social distancing, the job fairs will be held outdoors. This is a great opportunity for those seeking jobs to meet face to face with employers.

Be sure to bring plenty of resumes to the following job fairs:

  • Monday, July 13th in the Dow Diamond parking lot in Midland
  • Tuesday, July 14th in the SVRC Pavilion in Saginaw
  • Wednesday, July 15th in the Wenona Park Pavilion in Bay City
  • Thursday, July 16 at Alma High School in Alma
  • Friday, July 17th at Island Park West in Mt. Pleasant

Each of the fairs will run from 10 am until 1 pm each day. Good luck.

There are so many places looking to hire good people right now. It seems that everywhere I go I see the "Now Hiring" signs for pretty much all positions, locations, and hours. Even if you are unable to make it to the job fairs, there are still plenty of businesses looking for help everywhere.

Last week the Banana Crew had its' first live broadcast in a long time at Beacon and Bridge Market in Mt. Morris. After talking with many of the workers there, I know for a fact that they are hiring as well. All of their locations and pretty much all positions.
