The rumors continue to fly when it comes to the inner workings of  Slipknot.

As the band prepares for their European tour, drummer Joey Jordison has some pretty strong words when it comes to Corey Taylor.

Jordison had this to say at Revolver Magazines Golden Gods Awards, quote;

“As far as I’m concerned, Slipknot’s my baby and I have a bunch of [new] songs written. And I’m in rehearsal right now with all the guys and it’s completely on fire. Donnie’s [Steele, a former Slipknot bassist who soon will act as the band’s touring bassist] doing a great job. And as far as Slipknot’s concerned, it’ll always exist – with [Corey] or without him. So that’s it.”

I could not find a comment from Taylor regarding the above statement, but it has been no secret he was/is hesitant when it comes to touring without Gray.

In reference to the upcoming European shows, Jordison said, quote:

“Honestly, those are gonna be some of the most amazing shows. And I think certain people will wise up after that.”

Sure sounds like the "certain people" he talks about is one person, Corey Taylor.

Can you imagine a Slipknot without Taylor?  Thoughts?
