Kid Tazed And Mom Arrested At Walmart

I am a frequent shopper of Walmart and still haven't seen something like this yet.  Normally it is just creepy parents with their bratty overweight kids being obnoxious.  I have to imagine that this is only a matter of time until I can be the one recording something like this.

It makes me wonder though, what was all this about. World of Warcraft out of stock?  Overcharged for a Nintendo DS game?  What? 

Now if they would just do the same to all the annoying ankle biters shopping would be so much better!
