Michigan Kroger Customers Can Now Add Prescriptions to Grocery Delivery

There’s nothing worse than being sick, feeling like garbage, and still having to drag yourself out of the house to pick up a prescription.

Well, if you get your prescriptions from Kroger, you can now have them delivered along with a few groceries to help you feel better.

Yup. According to ABC12, Kroger customers in Michigan can now add eligible prescriptions right to their grocery delivery order.

You can order your groceries, everyday stuff, and eligible prescriptions all at once and have everything show up together.

That’s pretty convenient for just about anyone, but especially seniors, people who don’t drive, parents with little kids, or anyone who’s sick and just wants to stay home.

How Do You Order Prescriptions With Your Kroger Groceries?

To use the service, you’ll need to be signed up for Kroger’s My Prescriptions and Online Pay.

From there, you can place your grocery order through the Kroger app or website and add any eligible prescriptions to the same order. Instacart handles the delivery, so your groceries and prescription can show up at your door together.

Which Kroger Prescriptions Are Eligible for Delivery?

As you’d expect, there are a few restrictions.

Not every prescription can be delivered. It can depend on the type of medication, where you live, your delivery address, local rules, and even age restrictions.

Still, this is one of those services that just makes sense.

If you’re already getting groceries delivered from Kroger, being able to add your prescription to the same order is a game-changer.
