Are Two Lapeer Stores Getting Ready To Close?
Two Lapeer, Michigan businesses may be closing doors permanently.
Recent Facebook posts indicate that the lack of traffic in these particular stores has the owners questioning how long they will stay open in downtown Lapeer. As you can imagine, it is not an easy decision.
The stores in question are The ODDItorium and Grace Apparel Co., located on West Neppesing Street.
The Lapeer DDA does a lot to promote local shopping in the downtown area, but it is up to residents to do that. Patrick Richard at Woodchips BBQ has dropped menu prices recently and Krave Restaurant is offering free meals for kids until the end of the year.
It takes a village, and we certainly hope that things turn around for The ODDitorium and Grace Apparel Co.
