It was recently announced that Machine Gun Kelly and Mod Sun were back in business on a new film called Good Mourning, and now the first official trailer from the stoner comedy has arrived.

As seen in the teaser for the new film, Kelly, who goes under his given name Colson Baker in his acting ventures, stars as movie star London Clash who is caught off guard when he receives a disturbing text from his girlfriend Apple that he believes to be a breakup message. The message comes at the most inopportune time as London is scheduled for the biggest meeting of his career the same day, but seeking for some clarity in this matter of the heart, he turns to his chaotic roommates for a day of unpredictable twists and turns as he tries to sort out his romantic and professional life.

The comedy features Kelly's current fiancée Megan Fox, his longtime friend Pete Davidson, as well as Becky G, Dove Cameron, Whitney Cummings, skateboarder Boo Johnson and rapper GaTa.

Good Mourning was produced by Cedar Park Studios and will be released via Open Road Films. It'll be available for viewing in theaters and on select pay-per-view platforms on May 20.

Kelly and Mod Sun wrote and directed the stoner comedy, with Kelly starring in the film and Mod Sun also nabbing an acting role. The pair had previously worked together on a film version of Kelly's Tickets to My Downfall album.

Kelly has previously starred in a couple of films, most notably the 2021 western drama The Last Son and as Tommy Lee in the 2019 Motley Crue biopic The Dirt. He was also part of the cast of the 2016 Showtime series Roadies.
