Man Calls Suicide Hotline, SWAT Team Arrives and Kills Him [VIDEO]

This is a strange story about a Utah man that called a suicide prevention hotline threatening to kill himself. A SWAT Team arrived soon after and tried to convince the man to surrender and get help but then something dramatic occurred in the garage causing SWAT officers to open fire.
