Man Caught On Camera Punching Child Identified [VIDEO]

If someone is going to hit a child in public, I can only imagine what happens to that kid in private. Ugh. California resident Justin Whittington, 23, was arrested after a video of him punching a child was aired on a local news station.

The incident happened on April 9th. Once the video aired on ABC 23, hundreds of people shared it on social media, which in turn led to this a-hole being identified. Big props to Chris Danaher who cared enough to get involved. I will warn you, the video is tough to watch.
