Man Gets Too Close to Propeller and Lives to Talk About it [VIDEO]

During an ultralight pre-flight inspection, this guy gets too close to the plane's propeller and gets sliced in the arm and wrist. After some surgery, it's reported that he is doing just fine after nearly losing his arm.
