Megadeth Album Listening Party in Flint at Electric Crown Records

Attention Megadeth fans - Electric Crown Records in Flint is hosting a listening party when the band’s new album drops this Friday, January 23rd, 2026, at noon.

Can’t make it at noon? No worries, the new album will be on repeat all weekend at Electric Crown Records

The Mega-Weekend will continue on Saturday, January 24th. The self-titled album will be Megadeth’s final studio release, according to frontman Dave Mustaine.

Mustaine shared the following message to fans in August of 2025,

There's so many musicians that have come to the end of their career, whether accidental or intentional. Most of them don't get to go out on their own terms on top and that's where I'm at in my life right now. I have traveled the world and have made millions upon millions of fans and the hardest part of all of this is saying goodbye to them.

Guests will have the opportunity to win an autographed Megadeth poster (poster photo below). Anyone who preorders or stops in to pick up a vinyl copy will receive a slipcover that changes the album cover. These slipcovers are only available at stores hosting the listening party.
