New Meijer Grocery Store Opening In Oakland County

Meijer is opening a new store in Rochester Hills.

This will be a grocery-focused store, smaller in scale than a regular Meijer. It will be the third Meijer Grocery in Michigan, joining locations in Lake Orion and Macomb Township.

The 47,000-square-foot store is located at 1495 North Rochester Road, a site some may remember as the former Hollywood Market.

When is Meijer Grocery opening in Rochester Hills?

The store will officially open for business on Wednesday, May 6th, 2026.

According to the official press release, Meijer Grocery will make shopping easier with savings and digital tools like mPerks, Shop & Scan, and Meijer Home Delivery and Pickup.
