Michigan 3-Year Old Killed By Falling Equipment at School [VIDEO]

My heart goes out to the family, and the other children who had to witness such a tragedy at such a young age. 

A three year old is dead after a an accident at a head start school in Dearborn Heights, according to FOX 2 Detroit. The children were at recess when a table like structure fell on top of her. School officials tried to help, but it was too late. Authorities say no wrongdoing is suspected.
