A very familiar face will be roaming the sidelines next season for The University of Michigan Basketball men's basketball team.

Reports are coming out of Ann Arbor saying that former All-American Juwan Howard will be Michigan’s next head coach, as the two sides agreed to a five-year deal Wednesday. Howard who was part of the Fab Five recruiting class in the early '90s  went on to a very successful 19-year career in the NBA after leaving school during his Junior year at Michigan.

Howard who was an assistant coach for the Miami Heat after he retired in 2013. Specializing in big-man development along with player development he will bring his toughness and the love of the game back to the campus in Ann Arbor. With no previous head coaching experience, the only question that I ask is how will he be able to recruit? We shall see but I am excited about the new hire.
