A Kroger employee with Autism recently quit his job after constant bullying for other employees while he was on the job.

According to WDIV, Kroger is investigating what exactly went down at their New Baltimore Store. Giovanni Trapani worked at the store for 11 months but it was just a few months after being hired when things went downhill.

Some of the employees talked to him as if he was a child, they put anti-theft stickers on his clothing so that every time he walked in or out of the store, he would beep, and more. This guy was afraid to get the carts from the parking lot for fear he'd get beat up.

We normally associate bullying with kids but obviously that's not always the case.

Trapani said it best, "You treat people with respect." "You don’t treat them like they're a pile of dirt."
