As most often with any rescheduled date, your previous ticket will be honored on October 10th. Ticket holders who cannot attend on the rescheduled date, have until Friday, July 3rd, to get a refund. Pretty standard stuff.

Can you even believe I have never been to this festival? I cannot either. I have no excuse not to attend. I love tequila (duh), I love tacos, and I have a sister that lives in Grand Rapids. The only thing stopping me from going this year, is the event is sold out. Ugh. I wonder if more tickets will become available once people that can't attend get their refunds?

If you already have your ticket you can expect a day filled with countless tequila brands, beer samples, and of course tacos. Check out the vendor line up and food selections for this year,

Basalt (Grand Rapids) - The Breakfast TacoBrussels Sprouts & Pork Belly Hash topped with an Over-Medium Egg, and Queso Fresco on a handmade Flour or Corn Tortilla. Served with smoky and spicy Chipotle Tomatillo Salsa

 D&D's Tacos, Fries & More (Hudsonville) - Cilantro-Lime BBQ Pulled Pork Taco: Slow roasted, bbq pulled pork topped with fresh cilantro-lime coleslaw. 

Veggie Taco: Fried cauliflower, Spanish rice & cilantro-lime coleslaw with a chipotle ranch drizzle.

El Globo Restaurant (Grand Rapids) - Birra Tacos (Goat Tacos) and Al Pastor (steak tacos): Choice of Birra (goat) and Asada (steak). Served with cilantro, onions, and limes or lettuces, cheese, tomato, and sour cream. Salsa will be provided on the side.

 El Jalapeno (Kentwood) - Classic Mexican Taco: Two tortillas with either steak or chicken topped with cilantro, onion and homemade salsa

Gonzalez Catering (Grand Rapids) - The Big Ancho: 6 oz. corn tortilla and a savoy choice of meats, seasoned beef, grilled seared chicken covered with Chile Ancho Enchilada sauce! Taco meets enchilada meets “Flamin’ Hot” crunch! Double soft shell and a flavorful layer of our mild Ancho chili sauce (a secret family recipe). Jophat Fajita (Grand Rapids) - Beef/Chicken/Vegetarian Fajita Style Tacos: Our toppings will feature traditional Pico de Gallo but also a sweet fruity spin on tastebuds!

Lara’s Corn "N" Tacos (Mears) - Tacos San Luis: Corn tortilla with fajita, cilantro, onions, grilled onions and salsa.

Lumberjills Concession (Evart) - Beer Cheese Chicken Taco:"Seasoned crispy corn shell, simmered chicken, zesty beer cheese, lettuce, pico de Gallo, sour cream.

Moe's SW Grill (Grand Rapids) - BYO (Build Your Own) Tacos: Soft tacos made with our Original White Meat Chicken or ground beef and a selection of fresh toppings of choice.

Pressed In Time (Grand Rapids) - Mahalo Carnitas: Lime Flavored Grilled Flour or Corn Shells stuffed with Corned Beef Chipotle Carnitas, Pineapple Salsa Slaw, and drizzled with 3- Cream Yogurt Sriracha Sauce.

Restaurante La familia Jalisco LLC (Comstock Park) - Taco Al Pastor: Marinated pork with grilled pineapple chucks topped with cilantro and onion. Served with mild salsa and grilled onions.

 Rolling Soul BBQ (Portage) - Backyard Brisket or Smoked Chicken Tacos: Perfectly 12 hour cherrywood smoked brisket or smoked chicken over a corn tortilla shell with either coleslaw/bbq on top or cilantro and onion.

Savor The Flavor (Wyoming) - Taco Egg Roll: Crispy flavor bursting egg roll stuffed with cheese, cilantro, green onion and your choice of chicken or beef.

Tacos El Cuñado Bridge St (Grand Rapids) - Asada Taco

Tacos Los Compadres (Comstock Park) - Azada, Chicken, Campechano, and Pastor: Campechano (azada and Chorizo mix) with onions, cilantro and our grilled onions on top.

Tacos Y Tamales Mary Food Truck (Wyoming) - American Taco: Steak , cilantro, onion, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream.

Taqueria El Mariachi (Grand Rapids) - Taco Al Pastor: Marinated pork taco with slices of pineapple

Taquizas (Holland) - Pollo Tacos: Shredded Chicken simmered in a red chipotle sauce. Al Pastor Tacos: Marinated Pork grilled with pineapple chunks. Topping options Cilantro, Onion, Pickled onion and peppers, Cotija cheese.

Terrace Grille @ Bay Pointe Inn (Shelbyville) - Cajun Chicken Tacos: Grilled Cajun seasoned Chicken, Shredded Lettuce, Pico, shredded pepperjack & Cheddar Cheese, Chipotle Aioli on choice of Flour or Corn Tortilla. 

Smoked Asian Pork Tacos: House Smoked Shredded Pork Butt, Asian Slaw, (shredded cheese blend optional) choice of flour or corn tortilla

The Captain's Wheel (Fruitport) - Spicy Tuna Tacos: Tuna cooked in chili oil and sauced with sriracha mayo and sesame seeds, topped with house-made Pico de Gallo and scallions with a touch of avocado.

BBQ Pork & Pico Tacos: Slow cooked pulled pork sauced with our House BBQ sauce and topped with our Pico de Gallo.

Underground Cookie Club (Kentwood) - Dessert Taco: Vanilla waffle cone taco with UCC/Moo-ville collaboration ice cream Cinnamon Sugar Snickerdoodle with Caramel ribbon, topped off with more caramel, whipped cream and cinnamon sugar.

I don't know about you, but I see a trip to several of the above restaurants in my future. I will make it my own tequila and taco extravaganza. Cheers!
