Missing 2 Year-Old Taken By Non-Custodial Father in River Rouge [VIDEO]

Police in the River Rouge area are searching for a 2-year-old that was taken Monday morning by his non-custodial father. Denver Statton was taken by Steven Miracle while visiting with the boy (son). 

According to WDIV, Miracle left with the child and stole a 2001 Ford Taurus with the license plate number DND5072.

Police have yet to issue an Amber Alert because there were no threats made to harm the child. I guess it's not considered an abduction because the father was invited to the home. I guess I just don't get it. I mean, he doesn't have custody of the boy, yet he took him and stole a car.

Denver is 3', 47lbs, blonde hair, blue eyes, white, and last seen wearing a Carhart.
