Naked Man Killed in Hit-and-Run on I-94 in Ypsilanti, Michigan

There are still so many unanswered questions after a tragic incident over the weekend on a busy Michigan highway.

Early Sunday morning, around 2:25 a.m., police were called to investigate reports of a naked man walking along I-94 in Ypsilanti Township. He wasn’t just walking along the busy highway. He was actually stepping into the road as well.

According to Fox 2 Detroit, while Michigan State Police troopers were on their way, a Huron Valley Ambulance arrived. But before paramedics could make contact with the man, he was hit by a car.

Thankfully, paramedics were already on scene when the man was hit, but unfortunately, his injuries were so severe that they couldn’t save him. Tragically, the 52-year-old man died right there on the freeway.

To make matters worse, the driver who hit the man didn’t even stop. How do you hit someone and just keep going? I’m speculating here, but it wouldn’t be surprising if the person behind the wheel had been drinking and knew exactly what kind of trouble they’d be in if they stuck around.

Hopefully, at some point, their conscience catches up with them and they decide to turn themselves in.

Police are now looking for a black sedan that may have damage on the passenger side.

Like I said, there are so many unanswered questions. Why was the man naked and walking in the middle of the road? How did he end up there? And most shockingly, why didn’t the driver stop after hitting him?
