When it comes to the NASCAR Truck Series race this weekend, driver Spencer Davis will be forced to sit this one out. The 21-year-old driver just recently tested positive for the coronavirus. Davis is now the second driver forced to miss a race. Fan-favorite Jimmie Johnson was unable to race in July after a COVID-19 diagnosis.

This weekend actually bums me out quite a bit as I was going to attend this race with some friends. It would have been my first actual NASCAR event and we had a pretty sweet weekend set up. The friends I was going to go with have gone for years and know the ins and outs and have quite a few connections, but yet again, 2020 has decided to strike down my plans again.
