When I think of New York City street food, the first two things that come to mind are pizza and hot dogs. I cannot confirm that NYC Street Food will be serving those two items, but it seems like a very logical guess.

I tried to find information online about the new spot, but unfortunately, I had no luck. I did stop by to take a few photos (see below) and there was an 'Opening Soon' sign in the window. The new spot is located next to Boost Mobile in the Bristlewood Plaza. If memory serves correctly, it will be in the same location that was previously Happy's Pizza.

I did Google the most popular street food in New York City and as you can imagine, a lot more than pizza and hot dogs came up in my search. Bagels, pastrami sandwiches, and quite a few barbecue variations came up too.

As for now, we will have to wait for exact menu information and an opening date. I drive by NYC Street Food on my way to the radio station every morning, so I will definitely keep you updated as more information is made available.

Any guesses from you as to what foods you think NYC Street Food will specialize in? Let me know your thoughts on the new spot. Here's to some great New York City-style food in our future.
