Juan's Taqueria Brings Authentic Mexican Flavors To Michigan

Calling all taco lovers! A new restaurant featuring Mexican street food is opening in Shiawassee County.

Juan's Taqueria made the exciting announcement via Facebook. Although an exact opening date has yet to be announced, a menu has been posted.

The new spot is located at the corner of M-13 and M-21. The exact address is 11941 East Corunna Road in Lennon. From what I gather, Juan's Taqueria will be inside a Mobil gas station.

To be clear, Lennon is located along the boundary of Shiawassee County and Genesee County, with a portion of the village in each county.

For perspective, Flint is roughly 15 miles east of Lennon. From the Lapeer area to Lennon, plan on a 35-minute drive.

Per the Juan's Taqueria Facebook page, the business is family-owned and operated. The food will be made with love, tradition, and fresh ingredients - just like the family grew up eating in Guadalajara.

As you will see on the menu below, Juan's Taqueria will feature tacos, quesadillas, nachos, tortas (Mexican sandwiches), and more.

Juan's Taqueria had me at Churros! The food sounds great, and the prices are super reasonable.
