NJ Man Climbs Hurricane Sandy Coaster and Plants American Flag [VIDEO]

Police recently apprehended a New Jersey man that climbed to the top of a Hurricane Sandy damaged coaster and planted an American flag. After placing the flag he walked back down the coaster, where police were waiting in a boat to make their arrest. The man claims he did it for the Marines.
