Old Navy will be paying its' workers if they serve as poll workers for the upcoming election.

There is no denying that the 2020 Presidential Election is going to be one of the biggest and more important in our recent history. It is great to see companies like Old Navy stepping in to encourage their workers to serve at poll locations. The retail giant announced their plans to pay their store employees for eight hours if they serve at polls and will also be giving their employees three hours of paid leave to vote on November 3rd.

This year, the nation is seeing a shortage of poll workers leading up to this election, so every person counts when it comes to working the polls. Old Navy has partnered with Civic Alliance and Power the Poles to help recruit 250,000 new poll workers.
