Rumors have been swirling, and it's now confirmed - Oliver T' Market is officially for sale.

The gourmet grocery store has been around for 38 years. It first opened in 1987 by the Hamel family, and the store was sold in 1990 to Frank and Joann Capoccia.

The Capoccia family announced they would be selling the Genesee County store in 2020.

Fast forward to 2025, and the current owners have the store on the market yet again.

How much is Oliver T's Market in Grand Blanc listed for?

The property at 1553 East Hill Road is currently listed for $1,699,850.

Will this truly be the end of Oliver T's Market? That has yet to be determined.

While the commercial building currently operates as a specialty grocery store selling beer, wine, and liquor, there is no guarantee it will continue in this manner after it is sold.

A new owner could choose to take the commercial property in an entirely different direction.

Although the store is for sale, Oliver T's Market remains open for business.
