Owosso Man Leads Police On Chase [VIDEO]

A bizarre incident early yesterday morning in Shiawassee County ended with two people hospitalized. An alleged suicidal man made threats to police and others before leading authorities on a high speed chase, ending when the 29-year-old suspect crashed into another vehicle. A whole mess of crazy happened before the accident.
