Parents Suing Goodrich School District And Teacher Over Child Stuck In Chair

In February of 2014 we reported on a Goodrich special education student who was filmed by his teacher - while trapped in a chair. Instead of helping the young boy, she actually filmed him.

Although the incident was a few years ago, the child's parents have recently filed a lawsuit sighting the teacher, Nicole McVey, and the Goodrich school district violated the victims civil rights and an anti-bullying law. McVey was suspended for one year after the incident.
