Pitcher Nails Runner in the Groin and Other Unsportsmanlike Plays [VIDEO]

Every league likes to stress the importance of safety and wearing the proper safety equipment for the game you're playing. But no matter what kind of safety equipment you're wearing if you get nailed, its gonna hurt.

Blue Jays shortstop Jose Reyes found that out the other day when Tampa Bay Rays pitcher Chris Archer tried to pick him off at 1st base, and, that's right, you guessed it. Nailed in the nuts, and he was wearing a cup. Matter of fact, if you watch the entire video you can hear the ball hitting his cup. Ugggh, makes me cringe just thinking about it. But that's not all, while he's down on the ground writhing in pain after having a ball chucked into his junk, the first baseman, James Loney, is still trying to tag him out. Seriously, bro?!?! It's like that?!?! Is it possible to call an unsportsmanlike like penalty in baseball?
