Plane Battling Severe Winds Somehow Manages to Land

Flying is enough of adventure without turbulence rearing its ugly head.

Grab an antacid, sit back and watch the scary moments unfold as this KLM flight in the Netherlands battles strong winds during a storm while landing at Schiphol Airport.

The plane appears to have trouble right down to the second it touches runway. We can only imagine the terror the passengers felt as the plane wobbled from one side to the other like an indecisive politician.

And while it is stomach-churning to watch, let's give some serious props to the pilots who deftly touched down without any accident.

Let's just hope Air Force One, Die Hard 2 or Executive Decision were not among the movies being shown during  the flight (it's Holland, so American flicks take longer to get there, right?).
