A lot of people have been wondering (especially those not working) when they can expect to see the coronavirus rescue checks promised by the government.

Over the weekend, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said qualifying Americans can expect to see their $1,200 checks deposited into their accounts "within three weeks."

The big question, how in the hell is this going to work? Well, if you have direct deposit information with the government, you'll see money in your bank account. For those that don't have direct deposit info on file, they're going to create a web-based system so that they can get the money immediately as opposed to waiting around for checks to come in the mail.

If you make less than $75,000 a year, you'll be eligible for payments up to $1,200. The payment is reduced by five percent of every dollar above that mark or $50 for every $1,000 above $75,000. Make sense? I think there's been a lot on confusion with this but that actually seems pretty clear.
