Another store is closing at Genesee Valley Center in Flint Township.
Rainbow, a budget fashion retailer, will be leaving the mall but plans to reopen at a new location.
A sign is posted at the store with the following information,
This location is closing soon. However, we are relocating to the Target shopping center on Miller Road. Please visit us there.
That is great news for fans of the store.
Where exactly is Rainbow moving to?
The store will be located at G3515 Miller Road in Flint Township.
When will Rainbow open at its new location?
An exact opening date has not been announced. The store is still open at Genesee Valley Center. However, most leases end at the end of a calendar month.

At the time of writing this article, I attempted to call the store but was unable to reach anyone.
If my count is correct, once Rainbow closes its doors, there will still be 15 stores remaining open at Genesee Valley Center, continuing to serve shoppers in the mall.
You can see a gallery of the remaining stores below.
We will keep you updated as more information is made available. It is certainly a bummer to see another store leaving Genesee Valley Center, but we are glad Rainbow is staying in Flint Township.
