Realty Signs Are Now Posted on This Former Bar in Grand Blanc

A great opportunity in a great location is now available in Grand Blanc.

Back on October 21st, 2022, Sweetwater Bar in Grand Blanc permanently closed its doors to the public. It was a very abrupt closing as well and most people did not see it coming.

A few short months later, the old Sweetwater signs were taken down and the business remained closed. However, in the last week, new signs have been put on the building. Unfortunately, the new signs are not for a new business. The new signs are realty signs from 365 Realty.

I have to say, I am pretty happy to see the realty signs of the building as that means we might see a new bar and grill there in the future. I miss Sweetwater as it was very close to my house and a location where I held many business meetings at.

After doing a little digging, I did find a little bit about the status of the sale. Fair warning, I am in no way a realty expert nor do I know the ins and outs of this posting and situation. With that said, the former Sweetwater location is on the market for $249,900. The description of the sale is below:

The sale price is to cover the liquor licenses and all equipment & buildout. The lease is $6,700 per month plus NNN. The business has been established for the last 12 years. It is a turnkey operation....atproperties.com.
