Royal Oak Man Pays Fine With Pennies, Choked Out And Poops Himself [VIDEO]

There are quite a few people out there that have paid fines with changes. However, I don't think any of them have been choked unconscious by guards and then pooped themselves.

This is exactly what happened to Royal Oak resident Anthony Sevy. After realizing he was going to be charged an additional fee if he paid with his credit card, he decided he would pay it in change at the courthouse.

After the clerk refused to accept his payment in change, security guards asked Sevy to leave. While escorting him out, they began choking him. That's when he fell to the ground unconscious and shat himself.
