Rumors are circulating that a gas station in Fenton, Michigan has been sold. It is said that the building will be demolished, and a new business will eventually open in its place.

I have heard from a reliable source that the Sunoco gas station located at 2461 North Road in Fenton has been sold to the owner of the Shell gas station and truck stop on Grand Blanc Road in Grand Blanc.

There are two additional properties at the Sunoco location: Al's Trucking and Building Supplies, and the former Beale Street Smokehouse BBQ restaurant. Rumors suggest that these buildings may also be demolished.

What is being built in place of the Sunoco gas station on North Road in Fenton?

I have heard that a new gas station is going to be constructed. However, I cannot confirm whether it will be a Shell gas station at this time. I am guessing that is not the answer you were expecting.

For clarification, I contacted Sunco to ask about the situation, and they informed me that the gas station was not closing. Keep in mind that this doesn't confirm whether they will close in the future or not.

We will keep you updated as more information is made available.
