Saving Abel Set to Rock Flint This Friday With Original Singer Jared Weeks
UPDATE: This show is now sold out.
Earlier this year, Saving Abel welcomed back original vocalist Jared Weeks to the band and this Friday, they will once again take the stage at The Machine Shop in Flint.
Jared Weeks first made the announcement of his return on his Facebook page on July 7th with a simple caption that read, "Hey guys! It's official @Saving Abel I'm back." Fans obviously went nuts because it was something they had been wanting for a long time. Hell, we were all waiting for that to happen since he first announced his departure back in 2013.
I talked with Jared when he called into the radio station on the same day the band announced his return. While he was super excited to be back in the band, I think he was even more excited to tell me that the band was coming back to Flint to play one of their all-time favorite venues...The Machine Shop.
Saving Able will perform this Friday at The Machine Shop along with Seven Past Sunset and Flint's own Avalon Black.
Tickets are still available for this Friday's show. You can buy your tickets here for only $20. Doors open up at 7 for this 18 and over show.
When you come out on Friday, make sure you stop by the Banana 101.5 booth and say hello as I'll be broadcasting live when doors open up.
It's going to be a blast having the band back in Flint especially with Jared Weeks back on vocals. See you there!
