Looks like there was a bit of a ruckus at the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort last night. Two bomb threats were called in by and female voice, the first at 10:15 p.m. and the second at 10:45 p.m. After those calls were made, casino officials began evacuating the near 2,500 customers and employees around 11:30 p.m.

Casino officials did call in the Michigan State Bomb Squad and local police K9 units to search the grounds of the resort. Thankfully no bombs or threats were found on the property and the casino reopened its' doors just before 10 a.m. this morning.

A person of interest has already been identified by officials in connection to the threat.
