Key rules focused on minors and entry fees. So far, I have not seen any information regarding entry fees, but the rules for 2026 have been released.

Swartz Creek Hometown Days rules are as follows,

  • No Backpacks
  • No Fannypacks
  • No Face Coverings
  • No Drawstring Bags
  • Purses/other bags are subject to search
  • No Pets
  • No Toy Weapons
  • No Weapons

Everyone is welcome to attend Swartz Creek Hometown Days. However, after 7:00 PM, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 21 years old to remain at the event.

This is the rule that tends to spark the most debate among festivalgoers. While some people may not agree with it, organizers have made it clear that the policy will be enforced during the event.

Be sure to follow the Swartz Creek Hometown Days Facebook page for additional event details, updates, and schedules. You can also find information on free activities for kids, the Creek’s Got Talent show, the Classic Car Show, family-friendly entertainment, and much more happening throughout the festival.
