When you see the arms on Jeff Dabe it is clear why he has the nickname 'Popeye'. If you don't know who 'Popeye' is - Google it. What do you do when you have arms the size of legs? This chick scares the hell out of me. I'm not sure if this is her breathing technique or a way of intimidation. If it's meant for intimidation, she needs to be signed to the WWE right now. If this is her sports face, we can only imagine how messed up her "O" face is.

I actually closed my eyes and listened to to snapping of this guy's arm before I could watch the video. This kind of thing happens a lot in arm wrestling but that doesn't make this any easier to watch. I can't get the snapping sound out of my head. Wait for it...

Over this past weekend, Andrea and I got stuck here in Flint to hold down the fort as Tony, Maggie, and Tree went to Rock on the Range. Even though we were bummed that we couldn't go, we decided to make the best of it. See all the craziness here.

I am more of a thumb wrestler than an arm wrestler. Number one, I am not strong enough to win a arm wrestling match and I don't want my damn arm broke! Check out this video of two women arm wrestling at a charity event. One of them is going home in a cast!
