Looks like we can expect an upgrade at Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort. A $26.5 million project was just approved by the Tribal Council of The Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe of Michigan. Renovations are scheduled to begin in August.

Looks like there was a bit of a ruckus at the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort last night. Two bomb threats were called in by and female voice, the first at 10:15 p.m. and the second at 10:45 p.m. After those calls were made, casino officials began evacuating the near 2,500 customers and employees around 11:30 p.m.
