This guy picked the wrong couple to run into during a police chase. After rear ending a couple cars, this guy was quickly taken down by the motorists he ran into. The thing that puzzles me is that the news reporters made no attention to the little kid that got out of the car.
Times are tough on everyone causing them to do crazy things. Otto C. McNab Jr. of Butler Township, PA seems to have it the worst though. Good ole Otto decided to rob the bank of $2,262 by telling the teller he had a bomb. Upon completely the robbery, he returned to his car where his unaware girlfriend was waiting.
