With a minimal number of things to do in the world today, you can still hit the slopes at Mt. Holly.

Mt. Holly is back in action for the season.

Thanks to the temperatures cooperating with us this year, you can now hit the slopes at Mt. Holly. This is one of the earliest openings the resort has ever had.

The second annual Tim Horton's Cardboard Classic Sled Race is this Saturday at Mt. Holly.  I stopped out there today to get some preparations done and check the progress of the hill.  The launch bump at the top of the hill has begun.

It is back!  Time to start constructing your cardboard sleds to compete for cash money.  We had a blast last year on the hills at Mt. Holly and this year will be no different!

The big day is this Saturday, the first annual Tim Horton's Cardboard Classic Sled Race at Mt. Holly.  Over 50 teams will be participating in the race.  Get all the details about when to be there and how it will work here.

The Tim Horton's Cardboard Classic Sled Race is this Saturday at Mt. Holly.  I will be heading out there Friday afternoon with a test sled to see how the hill runs and we can then figure out where the starting line is.  If you haven't built a sled yet don't worry, it's not too late.  This sled only took me about an hour to build.

Time for a little fun on the slopes.  Join us on Saturday, February 23rd for the first annual "Tim Horton's Cardboard Classic Sled Race" presented by Banana 101.5  Grab a friend and start constructing your very own cardboard sled to tear up the hillside.  There will be cash prizes and bragging rights for the top sleds.

The First Annual Banana 101.5 Cardboard Classic Sled Race is only one month away!  We will be taking over Mt. Holly and tearing down the hill on some homemade sleds.  If you are already signed up, you can stop by the Banana Studios any weekday from 8am-5pm to pay your entry fee and pick-up your starter kit...
