Looks like the bass playing virtuosity of Les Claypool was able to edge out Adelitas Way after all. Primus will try to rack up the second W for the song 'Tragedy's a' Comin'' tonight when it enters the squared circle to cockfight against Escape the Fate's 'Liars and Monsters....

The Cockfight is the only place you'll ever see these two names together. This is for a weird match-up for sure -- Adelitas Way play middle of the road rock and Primus make sounds you rarely find outside of a crystal meth junkies fever dream. Nee...

One of the weirdest "supergroups" has taken shape with CCCP, it's comprised of three drummers and a bassist. Tool's Danny Carey along with Primus bassist Les Claypool, have joined Police drummer Stewart Copeland and Rush stickman Neil Peart in CCCP. You can check out the resulting "song" that was conceived between the quartet: 'Count Drumula'.

Primus has finally laid down a new record for the first time in over a decade titled  'Green Naugahyde'. Frontman Les Claypool sat down to talk about the new album and ended up recalling his 1986 audition for the thrash metal giants Metallica.

New music from Primus has been absent from store shelves for just under 12 years. Now comes word that their eight studio album titled 'Green Naugahyde' will be released this September.
