Tattoo Artist Under Investigation For Tattooing His Dogs [VIDEO]

A North Carolina tattoo shop owner and tattoo artist, Ernesto Rodriguez is taking a lot of heat for tattooing his dog. Mr. Rodriguez claims he tattooed the dog for identification purposes but that is not sitting well with many people.
