Thanksgiving 1948 – Flint Central vs. Flint Northern [VIDEO]

Back in the day, Flint Central/Flint Northern games were a tradition for many families. Times have definitely changed in Flint that's for sure.

It's really cool to just look back at a time when Flint was really thriving. In this video from 69 years ago, Atwood Stadium was packed with residents on Thanksgiving Day. I would love to one day see that stadium packed like this again for a game. We're getting closer but we're not there just yet.
