Toddler Drinks Beer While Dad Is Passed Out

Concerned neighbors called authorities over the weekend after seeing an 18 month old drinking beer in his front yard.

CF News is reporting that the young boys father was inside their trailer passed out.  Classy!

Elvin Garcia of Florida was arrested for child neglect (you think?).

Child welfare workers described the trailer/home as deplorable.

Obviously the child was taken from the home and it will be determined if he will return to his father's care.

Hopefully that will not be for a while, if ever.
