Tony LaBrie Looking for Small Wedding Ideas

I'm sure you've heard by now, I'm getting married.

I couldn't be more excited as I'm marrying the most amazing women I've ever met. We're both super happy and can't wait to start our lives together as husband and wife.

With all that said, there's one problem. We have no idea where to start when it comes to planning a wedding. The only thing we know is that we don't want to do a big traditional wedding and waste a bunch of money for a single one-day event. We both agree that we want a small wedding but we want it to mean something and not be cheesy.

When I say a small wedding, I mean a small wedding. I don't even want groomsmen up there with me or anything. I don't want to have the task of trying to pick friends and hurting someone's feelings in the process. The most I would do is have my son up there as my best man or something like that.

We talked about doing a destination wedding with just the two of us (I'm all about) but she would like to have her family included which I totally understand. We also thought about renting a beach house somewhere in Michigan and doing something really small with a few family members and a few friends.

We just can't seem to agree on the perfect spot. That's why I was hoping our awesome Banana 101.5 listeners could help out. If you have any ideas on small wedding spots or maybe something we haven't thought of yet, feel free to chime in with some advice or ideas.
