Experience Unique Dining in the Most Northern Part of Michigan
It truly is a unique dining experience at this iconic restaurant that sits in the northernmost part of Michigan, overlooking the state's largest lake. It's a view that comes with glimpses of the harbor, where boats, ore freighters, and kayaks make their way through Lake Superior
It's hard to find a restaurant that has a stunning view from every table in the house. However, that's exactly what you'll get when you step into the legendary Harbor Haus restaurant in Copper Harbor.
You don't have to visit the Upper Peninsula's Harbor Haus to appreciate their amazing-looking menu. I mean, you really can't go wrong with serving fresh local fish, seafood, steaks, and even Ahi that's flown in from Hawaii the day after it was caught. Combine all that with a stellar Lake Superior view, and you just might have Michigan's most perfect restaurant.

To add to the unique experience, the staff performs a ritualistic dance outside on the Harbor Haus patio as the Isle Royale Queen, a passenger ferry/boat, makes its return trip from Isle Royale National Park and enters the Harbor. It's something fun that enhances the experience for both customers and passengers.
I've yet to visit Harbor Haus, but I'm certainly adding it to my ever-growing Michigan bucket list.
Harbor Haus was featured on Under the Radar; this segment brought my attention to the remote restaurant. The segment starts at the 21:00 mark.
