Waterford 911 Dispatcher Refuses to Help Mom Who Locked Baby in Car [VIDEO]
Last weekend a Waterford mother accidentally locked her 2-month-old daughter in the car while visiting her grandmother. When she called 911 asking for help, the dispatcher refused. Instead, she told the mother to call a tow company because they don't unlock cars or break windows. WTF is wrong with people? It was a hot summer day and a baby was locked in a car.
The mother jumped into action and busted the window out herself to save her daughter.
According to WXYZ, Waterford police contacted her to apologize for what happened, but she wants to set the record straight. "They never had the chance to respond, nobody told them, they didn’t know and had they known I feel they would have definitely come out," the mother said.
