A Michigan couple says they checked their security camera expecting to see their landlord fixing stuff around the house…and instead got a full-blown live sex show.

According to FOX 2 Detroit, a couple renting a home in Westland got security alerts while they were at the hospital visiting their sick grandmother. They figured their landlord was there doing maintenance work.

Nope. Not even close.

Instead, they say the landlord was caught on camera walking around totally naked and allegedly hooking up with a woman right inside the rental home. I’m not gonna lie, the video (below) is creepy as hell.

Westland Couple Says Security Alerts Revealed Everything

The tenant told FOX 2 the guy looked “way too comfortable,” which honestly raises even more questions nobody wants answers to.

Imagine opening your security app to see your landlord treating your rental house like his own personal sex room. Yeah… I’d probably move. There’s no way I’d continue paying rent to that creep.

Is It Illegal for a Michigan Landlord to Have Sex Inside a Rental Home?

I feel like the answer should be yes, but that might not be the case.

The couple turned the video over to police, but honestly, nobody even seems to agree on whether this was technically a crime. Some legal experts think it could maybe fall under trespassing, while others say it’s probably more of a civil issue tied to the lease.

Either way, this may be one of the craziest landlord stories we’ve seen in a while.

My favorite part might honestly be the fact that FOX 2 actually tracked the landlord down at his house and confronted him. That takes some serious guts considering the situation.
