Wolverines Win Big Ten Tournament, Net Cutting Ceremony [VIDEO]
The University of Michigan Wolverines have done it again, two years running. They took out the Purdue Boilermakers 75-66 to win the Big Ten Tournament this year.
This is a great way for Wolverine basketball fans to get ready for March Madness. They now have a week off as we approach Selection Sunday for this year's NCAA Tournament. The First Four games will take place on March 13th and 14th and then we are off and running.
As a die-hard UofM Wolverine I thoroughly enjoy seeing this happen. Not because I'm a huge sports nut. Mainly because talking a lot of crap between friends is so much fun. Regardless of whether or not they are doing good, or even the sport for that matter, the level of smack talk and side bets to go along with it is awesome.
For you Wolverine fan, here they are ceremoniously cutting the net down after the victory.
