Woman To Give Letter To Overweight Trick-Or-Treaters [VIDEO]

A Fargo woman, known only as Cheryl, plans on handing out letters to overweight kids this Halloween. Cheryl wants the letters to 'send a message' to parents of 'moderately obese' children. Needless to say, not everyone agrees with her.
