Workers Survive High Voltage Explosion

How these workers survived this explosion is beyond me.

These guys are just moving some scaffolding but fail to notice the power lines up above. As soon as they come in contact, there is a huge explosion. Check out what this massive charge does to the concrete, I'm sure the majority of damage was the amount of crap in these worker's pants.
